can someone please go onto my setup info page and help me! it wont let me log into my site, just comes up as a blank page

I have removed parts of your URL, because the page it links to provides a lot of information about your web-server and configuration. This can potentially be used against you by an attacker, so it is for your own safety.
What exactly is it you are seeking help for? If it's installation/use of whatever script you have running there, I would recommend contacting the author or current maintainers if that is possible, as they will be better equipped to help you. If it is not maintained and you are unable to contact the original author, please provide more details (where you downloaded it, what it is supposed to do, what you are having issues with, whether you get any errors, and so on).
