Hi,
I am new to mysql and if any body help me in query display that would be gra8 for me.

I am working on one project where i have one table as below:
Table name: register
Table field name:
sno Pk autoincrement
username
first_name
last_name
DOB
password
parent_name
position
amount
User can register into register table and select the parent name and after selecting the
parent name he has to choose where he will join at left side or right side(position). I have to display the record in tree format like below. How to do this plz.
